An important message from ACFW Colorado Springs President, Erin Kohler...

Dear Write in the Springs Registrant,

First of all, we want to thank you for your prayers and messages of support as our board has been working diligently over the last week to consider all options with regard to our Write in the Springs Conference.

We have continued to watch the developments of COVID-19. To follow best practices set forth by the CDC and to help slow the spread of the virus, we regret to announce that we are cancelling our 2020 Write in the Springs Conference on April 3 & 4. We are profoundly disappointed that current circumstances make this necessary. We were looking forward to spending two phenomenal days connecting with our members and visitors.

We plan to reschedule, and will let you know as soon as all those details are lined up. We had hoped to have all the information to include in this letter, but there is much to consider when making a change like this, and various entities with which to coordinate. We thought it best to get the cancellation notification to you right away, and follow up with more details as they become solidified.

Details will be announced as soon as possible.

We remain committed to serving our writing community, and hold your health and well being in highest regard.

Please hold your questions until you receive the next email from us.

Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken. - Psalm 55:22

Prayerfully yours,

Erin Kohler
